OK, this is my first ever post, and it is likely to go horribly wrong...

(As a huge Shania fan) I've been wanting to post for ages, but (as an englishman) have never really had the time or confidence. Now that I've finally decided to write, I've forgotten all my good topics... doh!

Well how about this... The other day someone left a message entitled 'to die for', how about taking this literally. If you were Shania's bodyguard would you catch a bullet? Really?

Yeah, I think I would be willing to take a bullet just to be welcome to walk beside her for a day.

hey Stumpy,welcome.Yes,if i could save her by taking a bullet,i would take it for sure.And if i lived to tell,she would be very thankfull.Then she would want to visit me in the hospital.And when i'm better,she would invite me to her home.And we could become good friends.

To give my meaningless life to save an angel would be a great honor. Of course if I survived and Shania came to visit me in the hospital my life wouldn't be as meaningless.

I'm glad to hear that your replies were similar to my own ideas (Now I know I'm a true fan).

Anyway, no one could be sick enough to even contemplate shooting at such a lady!

Hey, no one will ever want to shoot Shania! But, imagining, yes I would take a bullet. But everyone loves her. The whole world would end if someone shot her!

I don't think millions and millions of people around the world would care about my life, but they would care about Shania's. If I saved Shania's life, I would die a happy man!
Who would be daranged enough to shoot at Shania, anyway?

I feel sorry for the English, they are losing all their guns. When you come visit the states, you can try it out here and see what fun you are missing. You can even rent a machine gun. I just shot 4 different machine guns at a range in Las Vegas last month, lots of fun. Shania was quite a good shot with a gun learning to shoot at age 8. if Shania's mother had left Clarence a little earlier, and married Jerry Twain a little earlier, maybe Shania would not have been so "old" when she started shooting.

Anyway, for those of you foreigners that have little or no firearms experience, the object is NOT to take a bullet for her, but rather to SHOOT THEM FIRST!

Think about it,
Shania does not want to be left standing with 2 dead bodyguards lying at her feet and with an assailant that has 4 to 13 rounds left in his gun.

p.s., when I was younger, I interviewed for a job with the Secret Service, protecting the american president, but decided against it. I would not mind working for Shania though, I like her a lot better.

When I first saw this topic I was thinking this would be something that would suit Gary. Glad to see I was right. One question: what president was that, Gary? My guess it all happened before ’81, right? Do they give interviews for protecting the president? I mean for getting into the Secret Service. What are the criteria for getting there? And once you got there what do you have to do to be assigned directly to the president?
