Shania mentioned on "Crossroads" DVD

On the DVD for Britney Spears' movie "Crossroads", in the commentary, the director and writer mentions Shania during the "Man! I Feel Like A Woman!" scene. Here's what they said:

"And I think Britney picked this song"

"Yeah, well she did a song on her last album that Shania Twain and Mutt Lange wrote and so she really loves Shania, and it fit perfectly with the story."

I'm sure that Britney liked Shania before she wrote the song for her. The people talking were really strange and they were making all kinds of mistakes. I can see where it might sound like she likes her because of the song she wrote, but I'm sure that's not the reason. They even called Mutt, Mutt Lange(r).:rolleyes:

Yeah, I noticed that they had 'Man! I Feel Like A Woman' on in the car in the film, but the dvd ain't out here yet I don't think so I hadn't heard the other bit yet.

Yeah when they start to sing "Man! I Feel Like A Woman!" it was funny. You can only hear the director say those things if you have the commentary turned on.
