Shania's Thanksgiving Special

Is the Shania concert in Dallas with the football team and all her Thanksgiving special? Cause we're finally getting to see that on TV in my country and I'm damn excited...I was wondering..how long is it? One hour or two? And does she sing anything from The Woman In Me?

It is about one hour long. The only song she sings from the WIM is I'm Outta Here. She also sings DBS, YSTO, MIFLAW, HIH, RTC, COO, AMOM.

Oh p.s....you said the only song she sings from TWIM is Outta Here...but you also said she sings AMOM http://www.shania.net/shaniaforum/smile.gif which is also from TWIM...so I guess she sings 2 songs from that album http://www.shania.net/shaniaforum/smile.gif Which is great! AMOM is my fav Shania song...I hate it when she doesn't sing that.

La, it depends on which version you get the one screened in the U.S did not have AMOM but the one here in the U.K did have AMOF. Its a great show.

La,, you are right! It depends on which version you watch. The first one I watched, which was aired about a week after the original show, she did not sing AMOM. But when I watched it a second time, she did. She also sings TDIMM in the other version. That is one of my favourite songs!

Oh okay....now I'm here in India...and I have no idea which one I'll get...though we usually get the same stuff as Europe does....but anyway I'm REALLY looking forward to it!!!!

Actually, when Shania did that concert in Dallas, she opened the show singing "You Win My Love" from TWIM album. For some reason, they edited it out when they aired it on CBS. I think they should of let that part in. There were a couple parts they left out, but it was still groovy. If you are wonderin how I know, its because I live here in Dallas, and I was lucky enough to attend the concert. I was like so close to the stage. Like 3 meters away. I actually saw myself on tv! I got the chance to see Shania's concert on Thanksgiving after the Football game on television , because I am a Cowboy's and her concert was great . If I had the the chance , but I had to work , I would have liked to seen it live in person . Ricky Dale Neagle

It was as great in person as it was on TV. One of the only complaint I had was that it was wayy too hot. All of us cramped together didnt help any either. It was a hot day for it to be November. 56kB/s is great, but a 56kB modem will only run around 5 kB/s if you are on a phoneline which I'm assuming you are. So sorry...I'm talking about 30 kb/s or faster connections...
