The u umlaut is right next to the "p". I dunno how to call it, but you have to press "shift" and then it comes up. The o umlaut is next to the "l" (with shift) and the o umlaut next to the o umlaut (shift again).
I hope that made any sense. *lol* ;)

Mi Mu Yep! :D
I have a real basic version, I don´t even have these german or danish letters under 'shift' or even 'ctrl+alt'. I think I need another keyboard. I need my u umlaut! ;) :p
Ben: £££££$$$$$$£££££££ :D
btw: where is your @ situated?
I have to press Ctrl+Alt+2

I'm bored too :smirk:
My @ comes up when I press Alt Gr (or Ctrl + Alt) and Q. The EUR-symbol is Alt Gr and E, but my win95 doesn't support this symbol. The µ is Alt Gr and M.
The numbers are the following in the way 'normal', 'shift' and 'Alt Gr'
1! 2"² 3§³ 4$ 5% 6& 7/ { 8([ 9)] 0=} ß?\
Julie
§½ 1! 2"@ 3#£ 4¤$ 5% 6& 7/{ 8([ 9)] 0=} +?\ ´`
haa, I found a way to make u umlaut: ü!!!!! :D
:funny: :funny:

Still bored, so some more german keyboard stuff:
Öö Ää Üü ß
Those buttons on the right side of <enter> are:
Druck Rollen Pause
Einfg Pos1 Bild /\
Entf Ende Bild \/
/\
<-- \/ -->
Can someone give me the english expressions for this? I could need them when describing someone something :)

There is a visitor from Switzerland who comes to the lab I work at, and he's always looking for those keys. I did a print out the other day for him that shows how to get all those international symbols on the Canadian keyboard.

By the way, you didn't need those ü,ä and ö letters. You (and everyone) can write
oe instead of ö
Oe instead of Ö
ae instead of ä
Ae instead of Ä
oe instead of ö
Oe instead of Ö and finally
ss instead of ß

I did a search. I'll look in my address book for it. I know I wrote it down. Give me a second, ok?:D
hahaha, the Finnish name Hämäläinen would be Haemaelaeinen
:funny:
I always hate that. I prefer it being Hamalainen, in the international (English) system.
Oh, I am not named Hämäläinen, btw.

I know a guy who's surname is 'Tütüncü' :) That would be Tuetuencue :p
By the way, that's the reason why I try to write Hakkinen instead of Häkkinen or Haekkinen ;) :)
