I am sorry for everything I said I don't know why because I can't apolagize for a condtion that I inherited from my dad, but I have Asperger's Syndrome and even though I do these stupid thing's I'm proud of who I am! So sorry Raul but I can't help it as My barin dos'nt work the same way as yours as its fualty!

Nah I think its got more to do with my condtion and how my one tracked mind works. Because the Title was already taken I got it into my head that That would be the ONLY album relased this year with that title. As I said I can't help it, even though I do try.Unforchantly Raul became victem of another symptiom of Asperger's Syndrome: A very short temper :(

How do you know that peter chose the title first, just because he made it official sooner? We all know how long Shania has worked on this album, and wanting it to be absolutely perfect. she could have chosen this title in February. I think Shania has worked longer on the album than Peter has. Besides, i dont think Shania and Peter talks with each other every day, so how could they know they chose the same title??

you said she just copied peter.

NO ONE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CALL SHANIA A COPYCAT. WHY? BECAUSE SHE ISNT.

I agree! Okay I'll tell you something...Olivia Newton John has an album called Come On Over that was before Shania's new album Come On Over. So if Shania has the same title album as Olivia newton John's then she can do it again. So what if Peter has an album called up or Anyone else has an album called up. IF SHANIA WANTS HER ALBUM TO BE CALLED UP! THEN LET HER USE IT! SHE IS NO COPY CAT...End of Story!

for the love of god not this again. It's just a title. there are 100000 songs that got the same name as 100000 other songs. Its just a coinsedence.

This is NOT an attack on you Thea its just what I was going off when I made that silly little comment ;)

1. Up has been the planned Title for Peter Gabriels Album since at least 1999

2. He has been working on the album for the past 10 years since his Last album US.

3. Shania lives next door to his best man :funny: (I know thats not importaint but I wanted to work a Phil Collins Refrence in :p)
