do you believe in "the one"?
one right love for everyone?
only one person right for me
he's the only one that can be
the one who can make all the wrongs right
who can make a bad day bright...

how could that be true?
how could you meet the only one right for you?
I believe true love isn’t about “the one”
or else true love could be for no one
most people who are truly in love must then
be in love with “the wrong one” for them


I believe more than one person could be right for you
the one of them you meet first is the love that’s true
although its not easy to find
the love that’s one of a kind
We have to believe we’ll someday meet
the love that to us will be true and sweet

Thea, what I like about it, is all the unexpected turns in it, it makes it fun and enjoyable to read. Those are the things that make for good writing. gary

thanks to everyone who has replied, you have encouraged me to keep trying :) one day in a few years time maybe i'll be able to write a song, and play it on the guitar too :) you never know;)
