the critics loves KA-CHING!



I don't think UP! receives a lot of negative reviews that some of you said pre-UP! release. As a matter of fact, critics gave Shania's UP! a thumb up!!!

I usually don't like the review of the critics, but I do agree that KA-CHING is such an awesome song. It should be #1!!!

It is amazing!!!!!! Pure genius, and has a really true meaning to it that many people can relate to and learn from!!!!

And think of the possibilities for a video!!!!!!!

This is rapidly becoming one of my faves on UP! along with "Juanta" & "Nah!".I think the
next single should be Nah! or Ka-Ching!
Maybe Ka-Ching! is the most appropriatte
for the xmas period,as it is all about
consumerism,and was originally begun as a
christmas song.Anyhoy,it's great & very
catchy.

Now that I hear you say that maybe they should rush-release it for Christmas !!

I really see a crazy video for this one..like Madonna did for "Ray Of Light":

Shania'd standing in the hallway of a fancy store with the world and people defiling at light speed. We'd see folks filling their cadies, fighting or what not...

Then along with Shania, we would have all kind of freakish people and dancers parading like in the "Bootylicious" video...Leather-clad old folks, wrestlers, women amazon, teeny boppers, acrobats, hoop ballerina, belly dancer etc....Just a crazy circus mix...All would be trying bright and colourful clothes to the camera and fighting for camera time, especially Shania herself lol

If we do not know that materialism is rampant in this world I would be very surprised.

Keeping up with the Jones has been going on for decades!!!!!!!

Probably centuries - probably eons - what we need to learn and focus on is that this deplorable situation should change but with the advertising mediums of television and radio and the Internet not to mention magazines and newspapers I do not see that changing anytime soon.

While Ka-Ching has been getting good reviews, I have seen more great reviews for Waiter! Bring Me Water! Personally I like em both, but IMO, I think Waiter has a better shot at becoming a hit.

Well, Shania's said that Ka-Ching! was always intended for a Christmas album. So why not release it as a Christmas single??

Actually, they're saying that I'm Not In The Mood (To Say No)! is the next single on pop radio :(...but it's better than Up! yay

Funny to bring up Ka- Ching! For my World Issues class we are responsible to design a bulltien board to display in class to more a less make students think... I'm quoting bits from Ka-Ching! I ran it by my teacher and he thought the lyrics were fantastic! He asked who the artist was and I told him it was Shania... anyways, he was not a big fan of hers but was blown away by the lyrics in Ka-Ching!

That's very cool :) This album is full of great lyrics :) They are much deeper than some people (esp. critics) realize :)
