No Rolling Stone Cover For Shania [Archive]

At least, not the next issue. According to E! Entertainment TV, a picture of Justin Timberlake, taken by the late Herb Ritts, will be the cover. The article may be inside. They may have just scrapped the cover. If not, then the cover and article may be the following issue. We'll have to wait and see.

She's scheduled for a January cover. Doesn't RS come out more than once a month?

It is a bi-weekly. With 25 issues a year - double issue for Xmas and New Years week that is out now.

She's had the #1 album for 5 weeks in a row. They'd be stupid not to feature her on their cover.

I asked the cashier at a local book/magazine store, and she said she thinks the Shania issue is due on January 17th.

Mebbe they wanted to update their interview on Shania since RS is owned by Vivendi Universal and they want to put their best step forward regarding Shania?

I know Alanis Morissette and Avril Lavigne did a cover shoot together for RollingStone so they'll probably be one of the January issues.

The two Canucks recently posed side by side in New York City for the cover of Rolling Stone's Women in Rock issue.

The women in rock issue is history - there were lots of artists on that cover - that is the issue on sale now - the double holiday issue!!!!!!!!!!!!

The current issue in Canada (double issue) is the Rock & Roll Yearbook, the Women In Rock issue was out here a few weeks ago.

I would very much think Shania will be on cover of the issue she will be featured, it would be silly not to.

I agree vale!! We've waited long enough for her to be on the cover again, so i don't mind having to wait a bit longer (even if i am kinda peeved), just as long as they do indeed feature her on the cover in the coming future. She certainly deserves it.
