today is the semi finals for the juniors: The Americans play US, gee whos gonna win that!:p Well I'm sure the americs had a wonderful time in halifax at least. They're going down. The other match up is the Finns and the Russians, I hope the Finns take that. They totaly destroyed the Czechs yesterday 8- 1

well the first team to make the finals is the Russians, our big time rivals. I was hoping it'd be the Finns but oh well this is just as good. We just have the crush the Americans before we get to the final. I don't see that as being a problem:p .

What a poor ending for the Finns.. And Lehtonen failed in the fourth goal very badly :sad: Anyway, Russians were a lot better today, they deserved to go to the finals :up: Go Canada Go!!

I had the chance to go the game last night Canda vs USA!!
and the Halifax Metro Center was BOOMIN"!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Over 10 thousand people there.... made all the noise I could.. not feelin' too well today but oh well.......it was all worth it!!!!!! I"d be going tomorrow if I could come up with $1,500!!!! oh Well .... big TV and no inturruptions!! is all I need!

Hmm, silver is way better than bronze, but it is the way they are gotten, after a game that has been lost or won, bronze feels better for the players after the game, than silver.

Maybe that´s why people aren´t playing for the third place in Stanley Cup :p :p Players are way too disapponted after losing at semi-finals to play for bronze.. but Finns are quite used for that situation.. :p I think that´s why we won the bronze against USA.
