Country-crossover superstar Shania Twain turns documentarian in this one-hour special that chronicles her experiences from the recent promotional tour for her latest release "Up!" -- which has now sold over 3 million copies. With the help of her friend and assistant Rhonda Spencer, Shania turns on her video cam to reveal the behind-the-scenes action during her TV, radio and print interviews, as well as how she prepares for her public appearances. Shania also shares her first meeting ever with her idol Dolly Parton, a peek at her private home in Huntsville, Ontario, and how she got mobbed in a local drugstore looking
for a birthday present for her husband.

She was in Toronto when it was Mutt's bday, but I'm sure we would have heard on the news if she was mobbed. ?

By "mobbed" they probably just mean that a bunch of fans went up to her. An incident like that wouldn't make the news.

Although it is officially being debuted Wed, 2/12 at 9pm EST, there will be an earlier telecast at 11am that day. Additional telecasts currently scheduled:

2/12 @ 11pm
2/13 @ 1pm and 8pm
2/15 @1:30pm

I'm sure additional telecasts will be added. All times are EST/PST.

Hopefully they will show it on the UK VH1 channel. They showed her Behind the music programme dozens of times so hopefully they will show this also.

Nah, it's just that we've got some pretty good entertainment reporters @ some of the news sations here. I'm sure that at least one in particular would have heard about Shania being "mobbed" in a drug store, and it definatly would have been mentioned on the news. I was just shocked that I hadn't heard about it.
I mean, they even managed to report that Rene Zellwiger got kicked out of a fancy boutique for having a coffee in her hands!!!

Well, on Yahoo TV they have this listed as a half-hour show. On TV Gudie they have it listed as a hour. So which one is it?

I have scanned the Satellite magazine for VH1 for the whole of February and the programme isn't on. On fact the VH1 programmes are pretty awful really. They have whole days on Michael Jackson/Kylie Minogue/Jennifer Lopes/Oasis. I used to like MJ but not these days, but as for the rest .............forgettable.

Maybe they will have a whole day on Shania, I am not holding my breath though!!!!!!

I was over at vh1.com and on their TV listings it said it was a half-hour show, but then in the description that it had with it, it said it was an hour long. I guess I'll tape for a hour and we'll see what happens. Go figure!
