I'm certain of No Doubt & Shania, pretty sure about the Chicks and Celine, but I can't remember who the other act was. I think it was either Sting or Bon Jovi.

I did hear more screams and howls from the audience for No Doubt (lead singer). At the time what I didn't realize is that she was in her hometown singing. Lets hope the performance was enough to send Shania Up Up Up the record charts :)
