Richard and Judy have accused the record company behind lesbian pop duo Tatu of promoting paedophilia.
Russian teenagers Julia Volkova, 16, and Lena Katina, 17, may top the charts this Sunday with their single All The Things She Said.
In their video they kiss and fondle each other while dressed in school uniforms. A spokesman for Polydor was unavailable for comment.
The mastermind behind the group, Ivan Shapovalov, says Tatu are an "underage sex project" designed to appeal to men in search of "underage entertainment".
Channel 4 presenter Richard Madeley branded them "sick" and attacked Polydor for supporting their "open paedophile message".
He said: "We are being told that these girls actually have underage lesbian sex in real life and we are being told by their manager that he spotted a gap in the market - a paedophile gap in the market."
"I think they should ban it, I think radio stations should take it upon themselves to ban it."
Shapovalov, a former child psychologist, has said: "It was five years ago that I decided to do this underage sex project in Russia. Why underage? Because I wanted it and found it funny."
