What's happening?

Have managed to get onto the Forum but not for want of trying - kept getting an error message that there were too many people trying to access the site (or something like that)

There are apparently 13 members online but only six names are showing - spooky, or what?

Yeah, you can't see "invisible" members. Strange you got that message, though.

I don't think some of us appear on the online thing if you go to your CP you should turn on Visable or invisable...Oh whatever:)

I think we experienced the same little bug the folks over at the Shania Boards did on Super Bowl night... Somehow the forums were showing more people on the site than were actually here and it got to the point where it reached our max allowed number of members/visitors and it was blocking some real members/visitors out. Talked to my site's host and he says he has the problem solved! ;)

More like Shania Matrix than Forum! :p At any one time you will find all members online here visible or invisible or anywhere in between those opposite poles. Usually you will see about 2/3 to 3/4 visible - most of the female mods go around invisible for their own reasons - they have said if they are visible they often get bombarded with private messages and emails and cannot get anything else done - also females as a whole tend to be more private human beings for the most part!:p :p :p

I'd forgotten about the Invisible mode, but what was strange was the number of people NOt on the forum. It just seemed unusually quiet and the error message just added to the mystery.
