About the Corrs

Manu,
I don’t know many details about the Corrs’ statement regarding their new album and their collaboration with Mutt. Since you are on the Corrs forums and even had the chance to meet and maybe talk with them, I was wondering if you could give us some insight on what they thought about Mutt, his working style, even about Shania, etc. I know there are many people around here that like both Shania and the Corrs very much.
Of course anyone can answer this, if they have some info about it. Thanx.

I would be really interested in knowing that too actually. Even though i like Shania better, I still think The Corrs are pretty good.

The Corrs have written and recorded three songs of their new album "In Blue" with Mutt.
They think (from what I've heard) that he's a great producer/songwriter and also a very nice person. I've also heard at least one of them (Jim) saying (well, not heard, I read it http://www.shania.net/shaniaforum/wink.gif) that Shania was very nice (I agree...).
They have also stated that Mutt is a very hard-working man who is in the studio 16 hours a day. And he's a perfectionist, he had them repeat a song as many times until it was exactly the way he and them wanted it to be.

You're right, I got to "meet" them, actually I just saw them at the airport and got autographs from Andrea Corr and I didn't talk to them. I hope they will work with Mutt again! 10 concerts?! If we would make a top of the luckiest persons on this forum, you’ll surely be the undisputed second place. The first one goes to RJ for that stormy day in the mountains. Well, what can I say, have fun!

Thanks for the info. I watched an interview with them yesterday on VH1 and Andrea said something about going in Switzerland into the woods and writing a good part of their music there. She said it came so natural, was very easy to compose, very relaxing. It’s interesting how many stars say they find inspiration in the middle of nature. It makes sense, doesn’t it? I just wish Shania would be careful on what she’s doing in the woods, I wouldn’t want her riding the horse and in the same time concentrating on music, dangerous things may happen. lol

I watched the Corrs in concert last night on TV (i think this was the one at Wembley) and boy those girls wear the most AMAZING clothes!!!!!! And accesories too http://www.shania.net/shaniaforum/smile.gif))) heheheheh. Of course they put on a kick *** performance too.

Yes, I like them very much!!! But the best thing about the concerts is that I'll get to meet some of my online friends who I've never met in person before and I'm sure we'll have a great time.

I hope I can do the same thing with Shania when she finally goes on tour again. It's a bit crazy, I know, but I would do anything to see The Corrs (who I've seen twice before) and Shania (never seen http://www.shania.net/shaniaforum/frown.gif) in concert!!!

Would you be so kind to give me some info about the Corrs massage board? I’ve been there for 20 minutes and I nearly fell off my chair. I’m particularly interested on its history (when it was created, the rate of the membership signing and posting throughout the last year, for example, etc.) I don’t want exact figures, just something intuitive to form an opinion. One more question. In your opinion, how many people are posting there with a regularity of, let’s say, more than 2 times a month? (I mean regular posters) And anything interesting you might want to add.
You could send me the comments by mail or post them, it’s the same to me. I hope the people around here won’t get upset about talking about this here. Nevertheless I prefer not to post any comments about the Corrs forum on this thread. Thank you.
