new bands bar network on study

I study to promote a network of bars that need to be more advertize than others and can be near the other competitor bars. I want to promote more the bar than a band. but it is a costly business and need extra activities like beer taste contest and result on the net, wet t-shirt contest with new philosofy poll photos on the net with tournament with models and bet( pool lotery )etc. I work on that , but thing to keep for me. People are too narrow minded i think over only.
