Well, yeah, I met Gerry Corr on New Year's Eve. We drove up to Dundalk by car. One of my friends knew where his house was and we just drove by as we saw him standing in front of the house and getting ready to leave. My friend got off the car and went to Gerry to talk to him. We watched them talking for some minutes (in the pouring rain http://www.shaniaforums.com/smile.gif) and then I just couldn't sit in the car anymore and I offered to bring my friend an umbrella. So I walked to Gerry and him. He seems to be a really nice man and he gave my friend a signed picture of his children and he also signed himself. He's absolutely adorable!

He told us that his kids wouldn't do any concert that night because they were on holidays. I can't believe I met their father! It was a wonderful experience!

We also went to Mc Manus' Pub where Sharon, Caroline and Andrea used to work. They have pictures of them in there! http://www.shaniaforums.com/wink.gif It's a nice town!

WOW, Manu. What are you going to do next I wonder? My you have had more fun in a year than some of us have had in their lifetime. How do you do it?

Girl, you had the luck of the Irish with u lol http://www.shaniaforums.com/wink.gif It would have been a thrill to meet him! I would have had to restrain myself from asking him "How would you like to have me as a future daughter-in-law" lol. So give us some more details on you trip...

Heather, I'm sure Gerry would love to have you as his future daughter-in-law! http://www.shaniaforums.com/smile.gif

Okay, here are the Corrs-related things I've seen in Dublin and Dundalk:

- Gerry, his house and his car http://www.shaniaforums.com/smile.gif
- Mc Manus' pub (that's where Sharon, Caroline and Andrea used to work)
- Jean's... no, not gonna tell that
- Lansdowne Road
- some pubs and clubs where they (mainly Jim and Andrea *lol*) drink
- Glendalough (that's where - I think - Jim and Andrea go to write, it's a wonderful little village about an hour outside of Dublin, and I think they shot a video there... "Runaway"? Not sure about that)

And of course I boght lots of stuff, like Hot Press magazines, other magazines, songbooks, CDs (I got the IB SE with "So young" on it now! http://www.shaniaforums.com/smile.gif)... I can't even remember what else... *lol*

It was great!
