Animated Avatars

HA! I am a genius! For those, like myself, who have downloaded a trial version of an animation program to make animated avatars, you can have it forever by cheating a little :p My Jasc Animation Shop 3 that I downloaded was a 30 day trial program...for some reason after 30 days it said that it would continue running for 30 more days, but once I reached my 60th day, it would no longer run. Yesterday, I was on day 56. Seems how that was only a few days away before it expired, I decided to click the "Order" button to see how I would order this program and how much it would be. It only gave me a number to call. I am addicted to making these avatars so much that I was going to ask my mom if I could call to see how much this program was. I displayed the calendar on my computer to see how many days there was until the May 10th Shania Twain concert. Somehow, I changed the date on my computer to January 4th or something like that. I didn't remember doing it, nor did I notice until later on that evening. I opened up the animation program and it said I was on day 14 of my 30 day trial period. I was like "Oookay, what is going on?" I checked the calendar and it said it was January 4th or something like that. I still dont remember changing the date, but I guess it was a sign or something telling me that I didnt have to waste my money lol...So yeah, if you ever download a trial version of any program, try changing the date on your computer before you open up the program and you can use it forever. People werent too smart when creating "Try and Buy" programs :rolleyes: lol...Oh yeah, I am going to put up some of my newest avatars on this thread and they are better than ever so stay tuned lol

Yea but now your emails will have the wrong date on them too.

You change your calendar back to the current date after your done using the program

try changing the year back to like 1903 or something! :p

make sure it is on the right leap year then all the dates will be right on your calander, just the year will be wrong!!

BTW i havent tried this so dunno if it will work! :p

The year can only be changed as far back as 1980 :p I tried to open up the program but a big message showed up saying "You have exceeded your trial period. This evaluation version will no longer function..." and I had to click either the order button or the quit button.

*Sigh* all my animated icons are too big so I had to make them crappy quality so I can use them on here...:rolleyes: oh well...Im sure you'll get the idea of how wonderful they are supposed to look...heres the one I'm using now...feel free to use it (although who would want to? it looks crappy)

here's another...I am almost done finding clips that I want to make into animated avatars from the Forever and For Always video. I have gone through almost all of the 7297 frames from the video :shocked:

try deleting every other frame and slow the FPS down a bit then you might be able to improve the quality and still have the avatar at the same time length! :)

Woohooo! I love this avatar that made (the one I am using now)...anyone else like it? lol I mean, look at it...lol...Shania just keeps spinning and spinning....hope she doesnt get sick lol...sorry I find it amusing
