Songs that are Awesome, just are played way to much

Got this, kind of from the VH1 my music awards. My question is, have you ever just fell in love with a song, but after that point, it was played again and again and again forever and ever until you got sick of it?. Here are some of mine.

i hadn't really ever heard of David Grey, but when i did, i thought he was allright at first. Another artist I think that is played way to much over here is "Pink" she is like westlife over in the UK. Way to much hype! I'm not a fan of westlife at all. And I really don't know why I mentioned them, oh well. Anyway, pink has released 3 singles in like 2 years. Her first two, OMG they were and are just played over and over and over again. The same with Beautiful Day. I bought the album when the single was getting no airplay. Then it started and it was played over and over!

I have to agree with you Darren on your Creed songs. It's a Creed lovefest on the radio here and those songs have been out how long? Not enough new music.

matt, do you get 95.1? I get that station VERY VERY faintly, and when i do they are always playing Higher, and With Arms Wide Open! I wish creed would just release another single. I am getting so sick of it!

You got it. Living in Charlotte, 95.1 is the station I was referring to. They play the same stuff over and over and over again.

Manu, songs must last longer over there. Unless they are really big you won't here them for more than 2 months or so. "I Will Love Again", was a one hit wonder for Lara over here. And Bonjovi and Thank You, well our radio stations are playing "It's My Life" and haven't stopped yet. They tried to play that song but it didn't do good. I would like to hear the Melanie C. single though, I must confess i got the Spice Girls new cd as a present from my great aunt, she thought I loved the group, MORE THAN THE CORRS!!!!! I was quite unimpressed though, only a couple of songs were worth listening too, and even those got old.
