There are two boygroups I really like!!!

Okay kill me guys, but I think the Backstreet Boys are a great singers (and I say singers and not band because a band for me plays instruments and writes songs)! "The Shape of My Heart" must be one of the most wonderful pop songs ever released! I'm not a big fan of the single members of the band, especially Howie (arrgghhh...), but I actually do think that Brian *yummi* and AJ are really handsome!!! http://www.shaniaforums.com/smile.gif

The second one is Boyzone. I probably just like them because Ronan is such a sweetie, but I also think that some of their songs are really good!!! And they are Irish which isn't bad either! http://www.shaniaforums.com/smile.gif Ronan has a wonderful voice!!!

So which are all the BB/BZ fans' favorite songs? And also the boygroup haters', because even if you don't like them you will have to admit that some of their songs are really pretty! http://www.shaniaforums.com/wink.gif

I like *NSYNC. I like their clean-cut conservative style. I like their second album "No Strings Attached," especially "This I Promise You."

"Shape of My Heart" is a good song, but I grew tired of it right away. AJ has the best voice in Backstreet Boys. And he is incredible in front of the camera. I like "Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely," "I Want it that Way," and "Larger than Life."

I don't know Boyzone's music.

Well I don't like any boybands but I have to say, I love "Shape Of My Heart" and I do like "The One". My sis is a huge fan of BSB and got really exciting when I said I actually liked the songs, cos I don't like any of the other ones.

I really like Westlife! I don't know exactly how they look like or what the names of their songs are, but I always recognize their voices and I LOVE them! MY GOD!!! I've finally found someone who like Boyzone!!! I'm like their only fan in the United States. I've been a fan ever since a different beat, which was a failure in the us, so was 'No Matter What' but this song just didn't do good. It was called "Mystical Experience" It just wasn't the right stuff for the US at the Time. I have all their albums, plus Ronan and Steo's solo projects. Plus the first single for Mikey Graham. I've had "If You'd Only" on order for like 2 months and its never came. I wish he'd go ahead and release his cd! I also god Keith 'n' Shane's single "Girl You Know It's True" I was LMAO all the way through it. It's not bad, but all those cracks! I found it awkward that one of Take That!'s own members would write a song dissing poor Robbie. And As for the westlife thing Ronan didn't right any songs for them, he just mangaged them with the previous bz manager Lou Walsh. (rolo management) After a while he did quit that due to the Solo thing. Lou has sinced been fired from being Boyzone's manager, ( I wonder why!!!) NOW FOR BACKSTREET BOYSHowie has been looking a little weird lately, ecspecially at the Super Bowl and his voice is kind of different but his two songs that he co-penned "How Did I Fall In Love With You" and "What Makes You Different Makes you Beautiful" were good. As for Shape Of My Heart, I love the song, but it didn't do to well on American Radio. You see Manu, over here you have to be un attached and sing dance music, or Heavy Metal, OR SOME OTHER CRAP to do well. A nice ballad wouldn't last long. Even though they don't admit it, NSYNC is trying to get BSB out of business.

When I was in Dublin we went to their two Windmill Lane Studios, the old one and the new one, we also went to the management and to the place where they are rehearsing for the tour. Dublin is full of U2!!! Yeah, obviously. http://www.shaniaforums.com/wink.gif I think their best albums are still "Achtung Baby" and "The Joshua Tree", but I really love the new one! "Stuck in a moment..." is a masterpiece!!! It's so beautiful! Awe...

"Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" is one of my all time favs, as well as "Where The Streets Have No Name". I also love "Mysterious Ways". Yeah, I suddenly become interested too! Maybe because I dont like boybands. Most are too much a product, just like britney spears and that kind of stuff, if you know what I mean.
But I absolutely like U2. They are so good. I always liked Sweetest thing, and Still havent found what Im looking for, and ... I think I should stop making lists.
I have something with Irisch music, I like the cranberries very much as well, and of course the corrs.
But I dont like westlife! They are so, well, I dont know, actually I do know, but dont know how to translate in Englisch, and I dont wanna stand up to look in the dictionary. Can you follow me?

I read a review that compared their latest effort "Coast to Coast" as "Flying Without Wings" times 22. Oh well, U2 they rock. I just wonder why Bono sings in elevation I CAN'T SING but i've got soul. He can so sing!

I am a big fan of Boyzone and especially Ronan Keating. Steven is a great singer too. I Have seen Ronan in concert and I went and saw two Westlife concerts last week in New Zealand. It was such a treat to have Westlife come to New Zealand. I love their music. It's nice to see some fans on this website.

Boy groups should be banned. They are talentless manufactured fake arrogant cocky fame-seeking money grabbing wannabe losers. They use their sex appeal to sell to a female audience. The world is a worse place for having them.

Girl groups on the other hand are classy, talented, naturally beautiful, trend-setting, fashion godesses and polished performers and I have the utmost respect for them. :p The world is DEFINATELY a better place for having them. :D

I dont know, Wet Wet Wet played instruments so more of a band for me. When does a boyband become a group? The Bangles are a band as opposed to a Girl Group for me.
