Couple of questions: What video files are these that you make them from, and what do you use to make them?
BTW, these are FABULOUS!

I get the pics from different sites here and there. Is that what you mean? And I use Jasc Animation Shop to make them.

I love the 2nd one! I use Jasc Animation Shop aswell. Its a great program. Shania's4life!! taught me something pretty wicked. If you have downloaded a Shania video, you can actually open up the video in Jasc and just delete the frames that you dont want. Thats how I made the avatar I am using now. If you decide that you want to make a video avatar, when you open up the video, a screen will pop up asking how many frames you want to open up. You cannot open up the whole video at once (besides, it would be a pain in the butt deleting all those frames), so what I do is I open up 400 frames at a time. So like frame 1 to 400, 400 to 800, etc. Or you can do it like 50 frames at a time or whatever's easier for you :)

you might want to download this!
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/virtualdub/VirtualDub-1.5.10.zip?download
this is actually i video converter, but i prefer to use it as a frame locater!
you can open an entire video with this and without any slowdown what you get when you try to open the whole video with jasc animation shop.
you can then search around the video for the part that you want to open with jasc, when you find it look at the frames displayed at the bottom and then enter them into jasc!
so basically, open the video with this, locate the frames you want, remember them, open UP! jasc animation shop and type the frames in!!
makes it a hell of a lot easier then simply guessing the frames!! ;)

Hmm, ok I don't get anything that pops up when I open a video. It just says it can't be opened and that's it.

"Hmm, ok I don't get anything that pops up when I open a video. It just says it can't be opened and that's it" Thats weird. What type of video file is it? All my videos work that are MPG files :dunno:

if you can play the file in windows media player then it should open with jasc too! ;)
