Jasc Animation Shop3. Here you can find a trial version, i don`t know is it good software, but that`s what i`m using. If someone knows better software i`d like to know that too.:)

Jasc is what program I use too. And it doesnt have to be a trial version. Once the 30-day trial is up, just change the date on your computer before you open up the program. And change the date back once you're done :D Pretty sneaky eh? Some people just werent too smart when creating trial versions of programs lol

FYI: practically everyone on the Shania forums uses Jasc to make their avatars :p I know of some people that use Ulead GIF Animator, but I find Jasc to be easier :)
