I can, it's just that I'm looking for a new program to use to make wallpapers and I wanted to see what everyone uses/recommends.

Sorry to burst your bubble here, but an album like that isn't made for photo graphics and stuff. That is made for storing photos on your hard drive and stuff... Like a photo album. Or scrapbook, if you will.
