There's this guy... he works on the same floor as I and I really hate him! He's so disgusting! Sometimes someone would bring a cake or something, and he eats like a pig! He also smells really bad! But the worst thing is, when he comes to my office (and also other people's offices I guess) he stands right next to my desk, explaining me something or telling me I did something wrong... and while he does that, one of his hands is always THERE, between his legs, you know what I mean, and he scratches. It's just so disgusting! I hate him and I can't stand to be in a room with him. But I have to work with him.
I think one day I'll just tell him to get the hell out of my office and not to come back until he can keep his hands above his stomach.
Sorry, that wasn't very interesting and doesn't really belong here, but I'm gonna explode if he comes here again!!!

Maybe you should get a big mirror and set it behind you or something, so that he can see himself.
If he does come around at specific times, like at a 10:15 coffee break, at 10:13 spray some deoderant or something in the air.
Have a little basket with soap bars on the corner of your desk with a sign "FREE SOAP".
Put a sign up behind your desk "NO SELF GRABBING PLEASE".
Do all those things without singling him out.
As he notices the change in decorations he might ask about them. Just tell him you're trying to send someone a message.

Oh that's so cool, I can't stop laughing, you know what just happened? *lol* Okay, I have to tell the whole story.
This guy, the one I hate so much, he gave me some work to do some time ago. And I just didn't do it, because I had other things to do and because I hate him. Well, he came here a few times and told me to do it and I always said yes, of course I'll do it, no problem.. but I didn't! *lol*
So today his boss, who isn't actually my boss because my boss is the boss of his boss (uhm.. got it?) asked me to come to his office for a minute. I did. He told me that he was feeling that I had a delay with my work! I said (now that was VERY clever! *lol*) that he was absolutely right but I had my reasons, and I told him that I had been on vacation and also I was ill for some days (which is... almost true! *lol*).
And guess what! He was very understanding and nice and all, he got me into no trouble at all! I guess that wasn't what Mr. A**hole expected when he told him I didn't do my work!!! *lol* That's so funny, I'm feeling really good! After the meeting with his boss I passed Mr. A**hole's office and I almost "showed him my tongue" or something... but I didn't. Haha, he's so stupid!!! *lol*
Just wanted to let you know. And if he comes here next time and grabs himself I'll give him a VERY angry look and if that doesn't work I'll just tell him to stop.

Now here's a good thread..Office politics..
Manu I know exactly what you are going through..I could write a book about this that would make Londos posts look like a one word answer. One question though? does he read these forums????
Are you challenging me????????? Dream on!!!! http://www.shania.net/shaniaforum/wink.gif LOL

I personally like the passive agressive approach. One time I was one the train and this guy stood right beside me and started rubbing his p**** up against me. I looked at him with a big smile and said " sad little thing isn't it?" He moved away from me. Sorry, just had to share that. LOL http://www.shania.net/shaniaforum/wink.gif
Next time this guy stands there scratching himself I would just say "you know they have a powder for that".
Now seriously speaking, it would be interesting to know about your experience, Jersey. Who knows, maybe I’ll get into things like these in the future, so an insight would prove valuable. And I start feeling kind of awkward being the only guy who posts novels here, since RJ is busy these days. Of course, you should write hypothetically, this way the bad guys won’t know it’s about you.
