Hi Kayla,

I know how you feel. My father is dying of cancer. The only solace, is that he has had a chance to close all the books. He had a chance to talk to all the people that are dear to him, and express his feelings. He feels content with the life he's lived. Done all the things he wanted to do.

I had a chance to express my feelings too. But no matter how much we talk about it, how much we comfort each other, how much we try to accept it, it hurts like hell deep inside me. I love him so.

He loves me, and he knows I love him....

Kayla, you and your family are in my prayers also.

Kayla:

I've lost a few people I really cared about. It's hard, but if you remember the happy things it makes it a little easier.

Wine:

You never told me that. I'm so sorry to hear it.

My prayers are with you both. Hang in there!

Kayla,

I know what you're going thru. I lost my grandma Dec 13th, 1998. It is tuff but like was mentioned earlier, think of all the great times you had with your great-grandma. You and your family are in my prayers.

Wine,

I'm real sorry to hear that. That is too bad. This is one time I don't know what to say. The only thing to say, I guess, is sorry. You and your family are in my prayers too. Thinkin about ya, Bud.

Hi Kayla,
I was very sad reading your post and yes I have lost somebody very close. My mother passed away when I was 12 and even though it's been over 20 years, I still think of her evey day. 2 years after that, my sister was in a bad car crash. She didn't make it. Her Accident was on Thanksgiving.
It really helps talking about it and everybody on these forums are very nice and understandig. Take care and I will be praying for you and your family.
