As with any Timmins Shania event, forecast for the convention so far is very cool. 13 degrees on Thu and 15 on Friday.

Let`s cross our fingers and hope it improves before then.

Yes 13 or 14 deg C is good that was the exact temperature when I left Aberdeenshire on July 18th.

RogerDoes not matter, it snowed here in the middle of June, so STILL would feel like home :funny:

UPDATE: BAD NEWS!

Forecast for Friday has changed... we`re now looking at a high of 9 degrees celcius.

48 Fahrenheit

sorry for the bad news.. Hopefully, it will warm up between now and then.

Bring warm clothing.

That weather is really flip-flopping. Tom was complaining it was too hot the last several days before this.

Coldest day now Ren is forecast for Sat with a high of only 13 deg C. That will suit me fine that was the temperature in Aberdeen when I left July 18th. Thursday will be Hot 24 deg slight rain, Friday now forecast at 15 deg sunny spells, Sat overcast and cool. Ideal Golfing weather! Ideal party in the Tavern weather....

Wow, it's really gonna feel like winter. Right now where I'm at it's 82 degrees Farenheit; 28 degrees Celsuis. Do you think the airports would consider a sled for a carry-on? :p

Timmins is only 8 or 9 hours away by car but it is amazing the difference in the climate. Here in Ottawa we just never get it colder than 20 at this time of year. Right now it is 27 with a humidex of 33.

Well, at least that cold Timmins weather will keep me from being too sad that I'm not there this year!
I keep my a/c on 81 F/ 27 C, and my energy bill is still high.
Forecast for today is high of 94 F / 34 C, 70% humidity (don't want to know what that makes the heat index).

Yes and going up by the second, now 20 deg C forecast for the whole of Friday and Similar Temps for Saturday, the cold spell moving on to the following Monday and Tuesday, so scattered clouds or overcast, warm ideal Golfing weather.
