Anyone Know How To Get One?

Go under the User CP at the top, then on the left hand side click on the Edit Avatar option and you can choose from some there. Once you have made a certain number of posts you can use a different one - like an animated one :) A good site for animated ones is http://www.gonnagetcha.net/myshania/icons.html Good Luck!
