do you know that when the prompt that asks for if you'd like to receive a receipt for that message ... if you press cancel.. that still sends the message?

Yeah, I found that out a coupla times...why does it do that? :dunno:

Uh yeah, it's not asking if you want to cancel your message it's just giving you the decision to have a conformation of weither or not the person who you're sending the message to actually read it or not. ;)

Its not the idea of it that's weird. The weird thing is that when it asks me, I click that I want confirmation even though I don't! I'm like "er OK why not!".....

To clear out some confusion. :p The question you get when you hit the submit button is:
Request a read receipt for this message?
And not a receipt of the actuall message, so Katie is perfectly right, Itīs when the receiver read the PM that you get the receipt. :p

I'm glad so many have understood it, I read someplace that many people don't know what it's for, and perhaps think that if they say cancel, the message won't be sent, which isn't the case :p
