The Ministry of Fun Santa Claus agency has drawn up guidelines to improve the image of Santa. "We are trying to eradicate shoddy Santas," said a spokesman. "Santa is a magical and cuddly man, not a fat, smelly slob." Santas must be neat, have a girth of 46-48 inches and not smell of drink. :D :D
