View Full Version : Ironing.
Austrian men can now attend one day courses to learn how to iron. Under the slogan "A real man knows how to iron", a nationwide campaign is being directed at three types of men; confirmed bachelors; men who want to impress their girlfriends and men who have just split from their partners. So the question is? Can you iron? :] :]

Think you misunderstood...
Jenn said that she can't iron very well, but in this context it doesn't really matter, because the thread was a bout men learning how to iron.
Didn't mean to cause trouble..

Many foods are botanically a fruit, but are treated as vegetables in cooking. These include cucurbits (e.g. squash and pumpkin), maize, tomatoes, aubergines (eggplants) and green peppers, along with nuts, and some spices, such as allspice, nutmeg and chiles.
Rarely, culinary "fruits" are not fruits in the botanical sense. For example, rhubarb, in which only the astringent stalk, or petiole, is edible. Similarly, carrot jam is a popular Portuguese dish, and according to European Union rules a carrot is defined as a fruit when measuring the proportion of fruit contained in a jam.
...you just had to ask..? ;)

...notice the mention of rhubarb..? ;)
While other fans are still pondering on the question: "if you could ask Shania one question, what would it be..?" ...I've got mine prepared ages ago:
"Which do you prefer - prunes or rhubarb..?"
...and the confusion rides on...
