first of all, i'd like to say that it's been wayyy too long. i'm sure i don't even know half of the people who post here now! i've missed it here(posting and interacting with all you cool people), but to tell you the truth - i just have NO time to be online like i used to.

i'm now in my first year of university. it's hard. i have to actually study and learn now more than ever. in high school i hardly studied and still managed an A average and a provincial scholarship. well...i studied, but not to the intensity that i do now. i'm probably going to go for a geography major - yay!

i'm also STILL working at McDonald's. yes, i've been there for practically 2 years now. I was finally promoted in July to 'Crew Trainer'...whoop de doo eh? i'm now working on moving up to 'Team Leader', but who knows.

As for Shania, well there hasn't really been much lately has there? well...other than Shoes of course. Even then, they don't even play it on the radio that much here. I'm hoping for a new album soon...and that 2006 tour i have read about on here. I'm also hoping to get to the 4th fan convention, but who knows if that's gonna work out. i'm already planning a trip across the US that summer, and i'm not made of gold. hmph, who knows.

Hey Curtis, nice to hear from ya. Good to know everything is working out pretty well with you, I'm sure when I go to college next year, I'll have very little time to come online too. Right now, I've been pretty busy too, I don't visit the Forums as often as I used to (I skipped alot of threads that do interest me to save time! :uhh: )

Hey Curtis! Welcome back to the forums! :great: As many others have said, I'm glad to hear all is going well for you. Congrats on the job promotion too! You look great in those pics and your girlfriend has the same name as me lol.
Heh, anyway, I'm going to college next year and most of me is really looking forward to it, but some of me isn't. The course I'll be taking is only a year-long so I should be thankful it's not longer like most college courses, but I get no summer time at all! Just a year straight of school :weird: I'm sure I won't be visiting the forums that much either come then. I'm going into graphic design...computer stuff is my life now! :D Geography was never my best subject, but somehow I got an 80% in it. Here's a rather funny story about my geography knowledge:

One day me and my brother were watching a Nickelback video (I'm sure you've heard of them) and I noticed a marijuana leaf on the drums. I said to my brother, "Why is there a marijuana leaf on the drums?" and he said "Well Nickelback are from BC and BC is known to have some good weed" and I said "I thought they were Canadain?" :funny: He then replied "You idiot! BC IS in Canada! How did you ever get an 80% in geography?!"

Just seeing you're from BC and you mentioning geography as what you're going to major in reminded me of that :p Aaah, I'm an idiot sometimes!
