Hi,

I know we've had this thread many times before and since I don't wanna put this in the Open forums. Mods or our Admin can move it if they wish to do so But I just need to say something :)

I wanna say thanks to our Lovely Mods and Admin for making this place a safe place and a happy environment. You guys make sure there aren't ove a thousand threads of the same topic. If there is a topic of that same thread you merg it or let us know there is a thread So again thank you

Thank you mods and admins (I don't know all of you by name lol!)! You make this place the best it can be, and the best place to hang out with fellow Shania fans!

It's nice to know everyone appreciates what goes on, but really its the members who make the forums the great place it is.......without them its nothing. I look on forums and message boards for other things I'm into and people just aren't as nice, I only bother with Shania message boards.

At the end of the day moderators are members too, we are all one big team. :)

But I appreciate that you appreciate us! :p It's all worthwhile.......

:) I know what your saying Paul, I go to another forums and sometime the mods there are slack and the poor ole Admin gets bagged over at this forum I go too. That's why I am glad the Mods and our Admin are nicer here :)

I agree that it's the members who make the forum a great place, but you mod's and admin's are also part of the members, and we're really grateful that you make this 'meeting'place still possible for us! :love:

Yeah, you mods and admins are the coolest and best! I'm on a lot of other messageboards, and I've gotta say, this one is the best!

I'd also like to give my thanks to the Mods and Admin.
This is the only board I really frequent as it has a great atmosphere and everyone gets on with each other regardless of whether people are new or old. I can't stand the "inner circle" mentality on other boards and its great to say this place doesn't have one :)
I think the way this board is proves that Shania fans are the best ;) :D

Actually I think there is a limit before you can start using avators isn't there. Something like 25 posts before you can use one of your own.

...it's threads like these that you never expect, still, out of the blue: there they are..! :D


...that keep reminding us holding the cleaning mops, that keeping the place tidy & safe, reflects on the atmosphere...

...and that's quite an award itself... like Paul mentioned: it's the fans, who make the group what it is.

But really...as the other mods already said... I think Paul was first, but anyway...you know my confused state of mind:p So my point is that it is you guys who make this place what it is!:D The best forum out there!

I guess not, I know that wasn't always the case. When I joined there was a certain number before you could use one of the forums av. and something like 25 before you could use you own.

At the HP forums you have to have 200 in one forum and 300 in another and 500 in another or something.

When I joined there was a certain number before you could use one of the forums av. and something like 25 before you could use you own.That was basicly a default for the vBulletin 2 system. It's a different system with vBulletin 3, but I didn't build it, as for starters it's good to have no distinction between a new and older members, as we're really all equal.
Other thing was that I tried avoiding unnessary posts by new members so they'd get their customized avatar. Plus it's very important for many to use a custom avatar and user text, so it's nice to get that from the start to get a feeling of both belonging to the same group as others, and on the other hand, being an individual.

Thanks, mods and admins! Having been a mod and now an admin on different sites...I know what you have to put up with! :D Keep up the great work! :)
