I didn't see her. I only saw the last half of the show, but I didn't see anyone who looked remotely like Shania. To be honest, this Shania Twin stuff is ridiculous. :rolleyes:

Actually Shania Twin regularly performs in the London casinos. Several members of the STC board, some of whom are members here too, have actually seen her recently. That list even includes Ren from the STC.

The consensus seems to be that she's not bad, but she's no Shania.

And there are no Falls either, except maybe from the occasional drunk patron. :funny: :D

I think the reason they all perform in casinos and such is that folks get so drunk or carried away, they mistake the fake Shania to be the real one. Therefore, 15 minutes of fame! Hehehe! :D

This past October, Charlie R., Bob A., Richard S. and myself met in Windsor, Ontario, at the Casino Windsor to take in yet another Shania impersonator's show- Her name is Annette Lafond. She was quite good.

I believe Ren from the STC has also seen Annette's show. Alan, Annette's show may be the one that Ren recently saw, in Toronto. Any comments Ren?

Judging by the date schedule on her website, it looks like her "Shania Live" show is inactive right now. Apparently Charlie, Bob, Rich, and I saw her last scheduled show in late October in Windsor. Perhaps she will update her site and schedule some new shows in the future.
