First, you need a specific program, like Paint shop pro, or Adobe Photoshop. From there, take any pic you want, and just fiddle around with the features in the program. If you want to know how to make a specific kind of wallpaper or avatar, I'd be more than happy to help you out.

You need to have JASC Animation shop 3 downloaded into your computer. You can go to www.jasc.com and download a free trial of it. When you have it, let me know and I'll be more than happy to find you some tutorials!
