Hi Gang, Feast your eyes on these photo's taken just before I joined the RRS (Royal Research Ship) Ernest Shackleton in November 2003.

They have never been published in full on the Net and have been reduced to a size more suited to PC Screens and re touched as required.

Oh did I take over 2000 pictures during the 4 months I was sailing WAY SOUTH OF SANITY or what?

Yes they have a lot of Brazillian and Chile food there and it is generally of a very high standard indeed. I was impressed, and that happens less and less these days I am sad to say.

Oh yes was it ever, the Whole Crew took over the Joint all 28 of us on our second night in town. One of many very pleasant dining experiences I had during our weeks stay.
