Mine is normal also.

Try emptying your cache and see if that removes the problem.

em, sorry my computer jargon isnt very good, What's a cache?

aFinn

In Internet Explorer it's called Temporary Internet Files, don't know what they are called in Netscape, but it's the temporary files that browsers gather so that webpages load faster as most pics etc are downloaded from browser cache rather than from the server.

Once you empty those, or press refresh or hard refresh, your browser fill fetch the latest code/pics from the server.
Sometimes it is required to close browser after emptying cache for it to really take effect.

oh thank you, Im gonna try empty these temporary files

Ok. I'll investigate if there was a change in Forums front page code that might show ok in other browsers but not in Netscape.
In the meantime it would be great if anybody else that uses Netscape could tell what their browser shows. I think most others use IE or Firefox or Safari, but maybe there is another one who uses Netscape, we'll hopefully hear from them soon.

I just tryed Firefox and the site appears just the same there as it does in Netscape.
This is a real puzzle to me

I don't have any problems. Once or twice a few months ago I went through a spell of using firefox and I got one of those box things but not as many as you.

Esther

I never had any problems like this and I am using Mozilla Firefox. Maybe because I am deleting my cache and stuff every evening...

John - :)If we start to look at the issue from a different angle, have you emptied your cache on Netscape and Firefox lately? Just trying to figure if your browsers show correctly because site loads from cache. :uhh: :dunno:

On Windows - I do it once per week.

On a Mac - never.

I have to say this. I got my mac last Christmas and last year was the first year since having a comp at home that I have had NO problems. They are the most wonderful machines :]

You're just inviting problems if you use IE.
