Josh Turner's latest single "I'm your man" is awesome. I saw his interview on CMT, this guy really has a low voice. I also like the video to it. As far as I know, his CD will be avail. in stores Tue, Jan 10. I'm looking forward to get it.

I saw the video premiere for that awesome song last week on CMT's Countdown...it's great!!! I'm a big fan of Josh's and am glad he's traditional for the most part :).
Check this out...he sang an incredible cover of Johnny Cash's "Folsom Prison Blues" (http://mp.aim.com/video.index.adp?pmmsid=1130233)

His first CD, LONG BLACK TRAIN, was a great CD but they chose the wrong follow-up single to the amazing "Long Black Train." It went platinum on that song alone but I think it could have done better. "Your Man" is an awesome song as well.
Josh reminds me of Randy Travis, whom I love! His version of Merle Haggard's "That's The Way Love Goes" at CMT's Greatest Love Songs Concert was awesome. He's great.:)

no problem! I've heard him sing "Ring of Fire" by J. Cash too and it sounded great!
I love "Long Black Train" too....when I first heard that, it caught my ear, love the dobro and fiddle used in that one! My favorite song of his was his second single "What It Ain't"......I LOVE the instrumentation in that one..and the catchy lyrics :D. I wish that one went to #1....but didn't do very well.
Dustin, do you remember which show he sang "Ring of Fire"?..I thought that was the Love songs concert? :)
Also, fyi, did you all know Josh thanks Shania in his first CD's booklet? That is so cool....I also listened to his cd while I cleaned my room today (I don't clean my room that often either...:p )

He sang "That's The Way Love Goes" on the Love Songs Concert (I loved that and Lee Ann Womack and Joe Nichols singing "Golden Ring" so much I taped it!:)) I think Marty Stuart sang "Ring Of Fire" at one of those CMT concerts but I don't remember Josh singing it. Are you sure he didn't maybe sing it on the Opry?

yes, that was at the Opry! Thanks....he sang it ("Ring of Fire") as a tribute to the co-songwriter Merle Kilgore of that song who passed away close to that time (June Carter Cash being the other songwriter of the song for those that don't know).
Oh man....I LOVED Joe & Lee Ann's cover of George & Tammy's song :great:.....I loved their cover of "We're Gonna Hold On" a little more though :D

I looooooooooooooove Josh!!! He is the BEST new artist that has come out in the past few years. And also he is such a sweetheart I had the honor of meeting him and he puts on a fantastic show. :) :) "Your Man" is one of the best new songs on radio right now. He needs more recognition. He is AMAZING and one of a kind. :] :) :)
