Lets Congrats to Garth Brooks everyone!!

We have heard the news of his breakthrough to Shania's COO in the States with 20x platinum for Garth Brooks The Limited Series. All of us need to be happy for him and let Shania's throne be next to a great artist. I am sure she has already found out and has probably called him up. I think we need know that Shania's energy on the stage has been inspired by Garth's energy on the stage.

She is up there with great artists.

Garth Brooks is amazing and his fans are just as crazy as we are lets be happy for him.

Err, it's not for the Limited Series.

It's for the Double Live album, which was re-released in a box-set called Limited Series. This album was laready re-released by Garth (7 different covers with the same album), and now re-released again. It's a double album too, so it jumped from 15xPlatinum to 20, for these misterious box release only Wal-mart knows how many sold.

This was a clear trickery to blowing up his certifications for beating out Elvis (it's great competing a dead artist...), and being named the best selling artist by RIAA.

The only thing I can congrat to Garth, is his ego in the size of Empire State Building. :smirk:

Excuse me Double Live album, which was already released and sold again as a limited edition. Why does the RIAA have to make it count then that doesnt seem right?

It would be one thing if it was the first time oh well let them say it is certified who cares if it really doesnt count (for some of us). But that isnt the point to be re-released and sell more that is cool. To have it as a collection... it doesnt seem right that they would count it.
