I was looking over the net for one of my favorite animals: Wolves. And what do I see. A Shania Twain picture.
It was people and wolves. And they called her "that girl", so they don't know it was/is Shania. :p
But I saw it of course. And even better there two pictures I never seen before. Here they are. Not the best quality, but I think there great anyway. :)

Well *maybe* my question was somewhat silly but I only wondered what would they write about it on such a site. "She is posing with a wolf!" sounds so lame to me... :shocked: ... SO?!? But then on the other hand I come from the push too... :D .. :] ??

..these photos are from her fan club newsletter from 1993..that is why they are black and white...
..they did not have much color capabilities early on...

I wonder if thats cause she learned on the opposite hand. When I was in school I had to do that. they had one left handed guitar and there were three of us that were left handed. So we had to play with right handed guitars.

Peversely, although the songs on her debut offered little insight into what was going on inside Shania's head, the original album cover is a stunning photograph that really does capture her very essence. The photograph shows her standing in the snow on a chill day where the deep blue of the sky diffuses over the snow. She is dressed in a fringed buckskin jacket with a fur collar and moccasins - a deliberate visual play on her native heritage. To her left, standing motionless, is Cane, a large grey timber wolf. A fire smoulders in front, but they both lookstraight ahead, two pairs of bright unblinking eyes staring into some future that only they know. It is a most unlikely image for a country singer and the stronger for it. It really is her, the great outdoors, the fire...and the wolf. Both aloof, both alone, but standing together, alert and aware. She is the wolf, and the wolf is her. Her very soul manifested in animal form.....
....."She's always been different," says Mary Bailey. "I'd sit and look at her and she always reminded me of a wolf, always very aware of everything, but always standing back. A wolf stays back among the trees and never gets right into it and she's like that, always aware, always back. There is an aloofness, a shyness about her, but she is always totally aware"
