I use Photoshop 7.0. First, you have to save the pic in color and in black and white. Then you have 2 wallpapers. You have to past the colored one over the black and white one. The last thing is cutting (or rubbing out) the color round about Shania: The color 'changes' into black and white!

I hope you will understand. :)

Well, you don't have to make two wallpapers...lol, it's way easier. :p
Here's how I usually do it....
I know, but I never do it that way. I always use the rubber, because then I can work more precisely. :)
