I am going out to the store soon and can't decide on which CD i want to pick up today, I normally only buy country musc and i had a couple in mind.... like
"Doin' Something Right" - Billy Currington
"White Trash With Money" - Toby Keith
"Taking The Long Road" Dixie Chicks
"Time Well Wasted" -Brad Paisley
"If You Going Through Hell" - Rodney Atkins

anyone else have any suggestions, i want a good CD with good music on it not just 1 or 2 songs but 3/4 to the entire album. I don't need any Shania album i got'em all, nor a Kenny Chesney got all the ones i want.

"Taking The Long Road" Dixie Chicks
"Time Well Wasted" -Brad Paisley
"If You Going Through Hell" - Rodney AtkinsOut of those, I'd recommed Billy Currington or Brad Paisley. Perhaps Brad Paisley has an overall better album as a whole? But I do like a lot of Billy's songs also in his album.

Of the newer artists, have you listened to Joe Nichols or Blaine Larsen? They both have some very good albums. Blaine Larsen's newest 'Rockin' You Tonight' is very good as a whole, and all of Joe's are very good.
You can listen to short samples at Larsen's website http://www.blainelarsen.com/ under 'listen to jukebox'

Not really, I have only bought country CD's, simply because i find them the most amusing to listen ot, they always are filled with great music. I have only owned 2 Cd's the were not country which contains some Creed CD i got about 4-5 years ago when i was into all kinds of music and Pink "Mizzunderstood" simply because i can relate to alot of the songs on that album. But i have been looking to browse other music genre's. Just not ready to buy a CD untile i know i am getting what i pay fore and not wasting my money.

But I think not all of the music all of the cds are a waste of money; many singers and groups of pop, rock or even punk and some moving rithms are worth to buy, but I think in your case is about tastes!

Try "The Very Best Of Sheryl Crow." She's pop/rock but a lot of her stuff has a country feel. There's a lot of variety, too, from "Soak Up The Sun" (pop), to "If It Makes You Happy" (rock), to "Picture" (country). I love her! I think it's worth checking out.:)

I have Taking The Long Way by the Dixie Chicks, and it's great, but it's not very country. I'm a DC fan, but if you only like country, I don't know if you're going to like this one. You can just never go wrong with their music though, so I'd reccommend that one. :music: :great:

I think he's going to like that. As you say in that case, He or you hadn't loved the Up! shania's cd. But for that reason had the green version lol. So maybe he'll get another version.
