Posts In Game Section

We don't posts in the games section count? There are times when there is meaningful conversation there so why not make it count?

I think when the posts in the games section would count everyone would post there like crazy to get a higher number of posts... but just my opinion.

The games section by default is games posts, so posts there do not count toward the total post counts. That is not going to change. For example counting to 1000 isn't exactly meaningful conversation.
We have had some problems with post count uppers, so to avoid that, that sub forum is set up this way. Post counts do not matter at all, it's the post content that is more important.

I guess I just don't get why one would want to limit ones post counts. Does it really matter if somebody has 1000 posts or 1,000,000 posts? It's not like we are rewarded or showered with gifts from having a certain numbers of post. Just my view.

I think for some people post counts does matter..a lot.. unfortunately..:(
And it has been misused in the past..

Well well I'm not used to look how many posts do I have, I think I'm around 2100:p, well, but I don't care if they count or not, if the Chain games forums would count num of posts I will probably have over 10000 posts:p haha.. But that's a good point Marika, the most important part of our posts is the content we handle;)
