Your Predictions??? [Archive] - The Shania Forums

This topic had popped up before (i think somethime last year, early this year), but anyways, What are your predictions on when Shania will release her next single, video, and album.

My predictions are that a new single could be released by the end of next month beginning of October, and the video released 2 weeks after single, then a new album in December, i just hope we get new music this year and not have to wait another year.(but, no matter what i will love it)

I really don't know. I'm getting a little nervous because she's in Canada, but she could just be there to be with her family. If she's there for the new album then what I hope is: a new single in September and a new album in November.. :up:

I simply just hope that we will get something new this year. Although I suppose I could wait longer.

Honestly, I think we don't get the new album this year. Maybe a single... but actually, I am not really sure of that. And... I could wait until next year, too.

I don't think we're getting a new album this year. :(

UP! was released in November of 2002, and we first heard information about it in July of 2002.

We're near the end of August now, and we still haven't heard any real information. If a new album were coming in November, we would have heard something by now.

If we don't get any information in the next few weeks, then we're probably not getting a new album in 2006.

My prediction is she's gonna release a new single by september 2007, new album by november 2007 and new tour 2007-2008...:D

I agree with you, You're so right. We've still not heard anything about a new shania release, so we couldn't say this year would be the great year as many here we want to:D I'm almost sure the album will be coming early by this dates of next year. But calm down, we have time, frew but time left to wait for some news, maybe it's gonna be a surprise.

Still going for a November release. :)

But yeah if we've heard nothing about a new album/single by the end of August (mid-September at it's latest), I doubt we will be getting something new this year.. but still: let's stay positive! :cool:

We all hope to get new music this year, but if by the mid - end of next month we don't get a new single or news then we will havee to wait until 2007, which i could wait another year, it will bulid up antcipation and make me want the album more.

I think the same... We have time left to wait for a new single or CD.. Don't lose our hope.. Shania can amaze us very soon:D

All I'm going to say is I'm not giving up unil 2007, if she doesn't come out with one by then, I guess its safe to say theres no album for 2006. :p

As many of you I would love to have new music new pics and new whatever else from Shania, but I am still happy listening to the stuff i got right now. So I am not in a rush to hear more music. Plus as me being related I don't like putting pressure on her to make something new. And the longer we wait the better the album right?

You've got that right, but no matter how long it takes Shania to make an album they wll always be great to us and other Shania fans. But the longer she waits more peope start to forget about her, like between COO and Up!.

That's a good point for an example rita, i have to say i don't remember, but it was almost a surprise, everyone didn't know about it.

I don't think the single will be released in short notice ( like one or two months). Because by then we should've known. There was this big article about Evanesence in out paper today, and they were talking about the new album comping out in October. And most of the times our paper tells you old news :p .
But maybe the single will be released soon, and are they just keeping it a secret to everybody. But I think that's a stupid thing to do...
Maybe there'll be a new album in September or so...
