Alex it say's the UK's biggest selling albums so it will be just for sales in the UK. Thriller is the biggest selling album of all time so it can't be all world sales. It's odd that Bad has outsold it in the UK.

Come on over was the UK's biggest selling album of 1999 but I am surprised she is number 10 overall, and can't believe that Bridge over troubled water isn't in there.
