Do we have any Wal-Mart employees here among us? I have been trying to locate an associate handbook on Google with no luck. Can you help? I am doing some research. Thanks.

Razorbac is one - have not seen him lately.

I doubt they put it online.

I am dying to know whats in there. I haven't been able to find it online anywhere. I hear so many bad things about them on the news and online.

You have to cuddle up to one of their associates for it is my guess. I think they have to sign a blood oath not to divulge it to outsiders...

Some of their practices are kinda shady like making you clock out and return to work. Or a manager catches up to you on your way out the door and demands you to continue working to get the job done unpaid.

I found the handbook online finally. It's about 90 megabytes!

In one year I might be working, just like a "free time" on some wal mart here.

Well my answer to that would be, I am sorry that you did not give me enough time to complete that ... Would you like me to stay? I can clock back on if you don't mind paying overtime? ... see what they say hahaha

Its against the law for them to make you stay and work unpaid.

So it sure sounds like they wont fire you for standing up for yourself ... she made it to being a manager of sorts ...

In business only the strong survive. So speak up. Show no fear. And say things to supervisors like i posted up there ^
