I recognise some of those galaxies. I think I might have been there before...:p

It's amazing isn't it especially with the Sun. There are so many more stars bigger than it. As Carl Sagan said, "Who are we? We find that we live on an insignificant planet of a humdrum star lost in a galaxy tucked away in some forgotten corner of a universe in which there are far more galaxies than people."

Yes, this is sobering. The bigger the scale, the smaller we look. But of course we could go the other way. We could go smaller and smaller. Think of how much bigger we are than a molecule, or an atom, or an electron, etc. etc.

In fact, we are in the middle. We can go infinitely bigger or infinitely smaller.
