...playing Bingo! :p Just joking...although it may be the case for some people lol

Now, I may jinx this, but I don't think I could be any more happy at the moment :D Why you ask?

1.) No school tomorrow (didn't know they had PD days in college)
2.) Finished my first week at my new job today (only work Monday - Thursday)
3.) Hanging at my brothers place all day tomorrow because I have the entire day off!
4.) Going to my 2nd Leafs game on Saturday with my brother
5.) :D I GOT ANOTHER JOB AND IT'S WICKED! :D

Even though I have a new job that is a million times better than my telemarketing job, I won't quit because...well, just incase lol.

The story about how this job came up is long and confusing, but I will try and make it easy for ya...

- I work with a girl that helps me find jobs
- She found a web design job and sent in my resume without seeing if I was interested first. She also revamped it saying that I have skills with HTML, JavaScript and Adobe Photoshop...even though she knows I don't have HTML and Java knowledge yet!
- Guy from this web design company calls my house saying he wants to get in contact with me ( great, this guy thinks I'm knowledged with everything, when I'm not  )
- I called the guy this morning and he talked about his company (it's new) and asked if I'd be interested
- Told him I had to be honest...that he had been misinformed slightly. I told him I didn't have much knowledge in HTML and stuff yet, but then went straight into talking about my Photoshop skills.
- He appreciated my honesty, and thankfully had some art-related positions available as well (creating postcards, business cards, posters, ect.) which were right up my alley!
- He offered me the job, which I took, and he will be in contact with me before Monday about what my first task is :D

So yeah, this is very exciting, but I'm very stressed with all that has happened within this past week. Eventually I will get used to the change of working so much, but for now it's all kinda crazy lol :funny:

:bounce: SQUEEEE!! :bounce:

Happiness is a warm gun.:D

"Happiness is a Warm Gun" is a Beatles song on the double-disc album The Beatles (also known as The White Album). It is primarily a John Lennon composition, credited to Lennon-McCartney). The original, working title of the song was "Happiness is a Warm Gun in Your Hand", which was inspired by a magazine cover containing the phrase. Derek Taylor, the press officer for the Beatles, contributed some of the lyrics.

The song, Lennon once claimed, was "sort of a history of rock and roll," as it features five different sections but is less than three minutes long. The song begins with a brief lilting section. The drums, bass and distorted guitar are introduced in the next section. The surreal imagery from this section is allegedly taken from an acid trip that Lennon experienced. After this, the song becomes more ominous and the next couple of sections are based on repeated verses. The final section is a doo-wop send up, with the back-up of vocals of "Bang, Bang, Shoot Shoot". The song's multiple sections would inspire Radiohead's three part epic Paranoid Android on OK Computer.

One of the most radical musical accomplishments of the song is its frequent shifts in rhythm. Beginning in 4/4 duple time, the song shifts to a 3/4 triple time for the guitar solo and the "I need a fix..." section. This gives way to an alternating 9/8 and 10/8 section in "Mother Superior..." before returning to 4/4 for the doo wop style ending. During Lennon's spoken-word interlude, the instruments continue in 4/4 except for a single electric guitar in 3/4. This is one of the few instances of polyrhythm in a Beatles song.
