It's actually a LeAnn Rimes song. Must be a misprint.

Check her out here, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LeAnn_Rimes

I don't believe she has any relation to Shania. She's a good singer though.

I believe Whitney Houston also sung this song?

But there are more songs like that. Half the planet thinks Shania sang the song This Kiss (Faith Hill song). And I once had a German presentation about Shania, and my teacher was convinced that Shania sang It's Raining Men (from Geri Halliwell). I was so pissed off, because she didn't believe me when I said she was wrong... It still bugs me...

Yeah I remember Trisha's version of it too and I also prefer LeAnn's. If I'm not mistaken Trisha Yearwood re-recorded it because the producers thought that LeAnn Rimes' version of the song sounded too pop and wasn't country enough. Although it was originally LeAnn Rimes' song I think it was one of Trisha Yearwood's biggest hits. I always think it's wierd how that sort of stuff works out :funny:.

Did you all notice that LeAnn Rimes was born on August 28th?

The song is from the movie Con Air with Nicholas Cage. Trisha sang the movie version and won the country awards over Leann, but Leann won the pop awards. It was a mega hit for Leann, but only a respectable country hit for Trisha. I've never heard of Whitney singing it, although she may. I have no idea if Shania has ever sung it, only in the shower probably.:p Anyway, it was written by Diane Warren who has written many big hits. She has written a ton of songs, many famous.

I seem to remember one year Shania was 34 and Leann was 17. That's kind of strange, 2 to 1 ratio.:p

Steve

There was this funny birthday thing when Shania was 40. I was 17, and my mom was 57 (just like Mutt).
So Shania was my mom's age when I was born, and Mutt was my mom's current age :P .

Could be. Shania was 23 when I was born...
Seriously, I once dreamt she came to our house, and she told me she was my mom... Very weird dream :S .
