I don't actually live in Dallas, but it's pretty cool anyway. :]

The tower with the ball on top is Reunion Tower. Below it (not visible) is Reunion Arena, where lots of sports events/concerts are held. Shania has even been there! The Tower has a restaurant up there, though I've never been to it because it's super expensive.

That right there is the Dallas World Aquarium. They have one rainforest room where monkies used to be loose in there, but people were harassing them so they added nets. The monkies can still get pretty close, though!

And now, for Fair Park, where the biggest state fair in the nation is held. In fact, it's going on now! :]

This shot is a good picture of Big Tex, a huge inflatable cowboy that goes up every year for the State Fair. He used to frighten me when I was little! :funny:

^Don't ask what that guy is doing....:uhh::funny:

Here's the Cotton Bowl (don't ask why it's called the Cotton Bowl of all things...) where many big football games are held. The Texas vs. OU game was just there on Saturday.

This is the Dallas Aquarium (not the same one from before, obviously) and the Texas Star, a gigantic (and SLOW!) ferris wheel at Fair Park. I think it goes up and comes down just for the fair each year.

There are several buildings like this at Fair Park (making it easy to get lost :p) and during the fair, they're full of car shows and sometimes art, etc. Mostly cars, though, because it is Texas after all! :funny:

More of Fair Park...

Hope you enjoyed Dallas!! I'll try to post some more pictures later on!

Looks like he's doing a tracheotomy....maybe if he took his butt out of Big Tex's mouth the guy could breathe better too. :p

Thanks for the clarification. I wasn't exactly sure, since I only go to Fair Park when the fair is there.
