I saw a falling star last night
Glowing in the sky so bright
It felt like it was close enough
For me to be able to reach out and touch
Although when I tried it was too far
I kept it wih me in my heart
I saw a falling star last night
It made the night sky shine so bright
So close and yet so far away
I'll see it again - somewhere someday
It'll be there forever, whatever it goes through...
That star reminded me of you
