Will Shania release her new album in November 2008?

The US Election is on then, and that might take the media attention away.

I keep hoping that will happen. Most artists don't set a release date for their album until a few months before it comes out anyway. Maybe (hopefully!) she's just trying to throw us off? :uhh::smirk:

Based on her comments so far on how it is coming, I'd say a Novbember 2008 release is iffy.:rolleyes:

Well there is one thing for sure it won't be a 2007 release as there has not even been a single yet, my bets it won't be before November 2008, I think there is a strong possibility it won't be before February 2009. There is bound to be two version of her next album as usual, that will make the process of recording longer, A US version that is released in North America and an International for the rest of us.

I've waited so hard and patiently its ridiculous. I hope she gets out of the brain freeze and really rolls strong the next few months creatively. I don't know if I can handle another 12 month wait or longer! :cry:

I don't think that the elections will have anything to do with the release. A music release and an election totally unrelated. I think the only people who know when the CD will come out are Shania and Mutt, and like Misty said, November 2008, November 2009, or even November 2038, I'll still be here.

I know, but as I'm waiting, I'm meeting some great artist that steal my heart and my soul, with great writings, maybe no the first impression I had with shania, but wow.. amazing.. shania will stay always in my heart no matter what happens..

Exactly, she's come out with 4 albums...which is a lot I think. Not to mention the fact that basically every song on all those albums are great. I may listen to her less than I did before, but she won't ever stop being my favourite artist.

I don't know.. it's happening like the old groups or old singers that are no releasing anymore or more constant.. I like them, but they're no in my top list, I like to listen something new, and there are many good great stuff that I really love and like... shania songs good .. that is great, but I do already find kinda boring listening to the same.. Sorry that's my opinion :nono: ..

It seems like it's been so long and I haven't even been a fan for that long.
I think the fact that I started listening to her music more when she started her "hiatus" or whatever you want to call it has made me feel like I've missed out on a lot.

But fans are fans and if she is to have the commercial success of past releases, I hope she can round up many of these fair weather folks to go along with us Shaniaholics.:D
